Isostatic pressure refers to the principle of transmitting pressure evenly to a sample from all directions, and Ilshin Autoclave’s Isostatic pressure plant designs, manufactures, and optimizes the entire process plant from injection to discharge of pressurized fluid using the principle of Isostatic pressure.
The fluids used in Isostatic plants are divided into liquids and gases. When using liquid fluids, there are Cold Isostatic, Warm Isostatic, and ultra-high pressure systems. When using gaseous fluids, there are hot Isostatic systems.
In particular, Hot Isostatic Press plants are considered the best in the high-pressure industry, which requires high temperature and high pressure control technology, as they possess technology for pressure vessels, which are the main core parts.
Isostatic plants are being applied in various industrial fields such as performance upgrades for existing materials, development of new powder materials, and heat treatment for 3D printers, and the industries to which hot isostatic processes are applied are actively expanding.
